PINA COLADA DIP: Prepare Pina Colada cheesecake mix as directed. Fold 1/2 cup of drained pineapple chunks and 1/2 cup of flake coconut into mix. Add a shot of Malibu rum into mix if desired. Place mixture in bowl and top with toasted coconut. Serve with vanilla wafers. * Stove top toasted almond coconut, in saute pan, spray bottom with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray, add coconut and stir continuously to brown all coconut.
BANANA-RAMA BERRY CHEESECAKE: Prepare Strawberry mix as directed. Slice fresh banana into 1/4" slices, line the entire surface of the prepared pie crust. Place prepared mix into pie shell on top of bananas, smooth surface. Cut strawberries in half, arrange strawberries on top of mix for an attractive presentation. Drizzle strawberry syrup across top of cheesecake.
OVER-THE-TOP GRASSHOPPER: Prepare grasshopper mix as directed. Crush Andes after dinner mints coarsely (1 box), fold in 1/2 of the crushed mints in the mix, put mixture into Oreo cookie crust. Top the cheesecake with remaining crushed mints, drizzle with Smuckers Chocolate magic shell, serve chilled or frozen for a cool treat!
ROCKY ROAD CHEESECAKE: Prepare Chocolate cheesecake mix as directed. Add 1/2 cup of walnuts and 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows, fold together. Place mixture into prepared chocolate crust, top with garnish of marshmallow & walnuts, drizzle with chocolate syrup. Chill and serve.

PISTACHIO DIP - Prepare cheesecake mix as directed. Chop up 1/2 cup of walnuts and a 1/3 cup of cherries and mix in the the cheesecake mix, serve in wine glasses as a dip.
Toffee Crunch - Prepare cheesecake mix as directed. Crush up 1 Heath bar and sprinkle over the top of pie, serve in pie crust or in wine glasses.
